Optimum Nutrition Casein Proteins 1105140 Editorial Review
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 1 Casein Protein Powder With Zinc, Magnesium And Amino Acids, Creamy Vanilla, 55 Servings, 1.82kg offers a slow-release protein source ideal for muscle growth. Many users appreciate its effectiveness in maintaining amino acid levels during their shifts, especially noting it helps keep them feeling fuller for longer. However, some have commented on the taste being less favorable compared to the brand's whey protein and have expressed concerns about mixability issues with the current formulation. Despite its drawbacks, it remains a go-to choice for those looking for a quality casein protein, especially for late-night supplementation.
