Questions et réponses des clients
-
question:
What age is this Tamagotchi suitable for?
répondre: This Tamagotchi is suitable for children aged 8 and above. -
question:
Can you collect different models?
répondre: Yes! You can choose and collect various models to suit your taste. -
question:
What happens if I don't take care of my Tamagotchi?
répondre: If not properly cared for, your Tamagotchi may evolve into a stubborn and disobedient character. -
question:
Does that come boxed?
répondre: Yes it came in a box but it is such a useless toy! It doesn’t do what it shows in the photo - ie, roll over to collect balls and spit them out! -
question:
Does this have a height adjustment?
répondre: No it doesn’t have a height adjuster. It fit my 16 month old who also has been told he’s tall for his age. Hope this helps. -
question:
Will this be suitable to use outside?
répondre: This item comes with five balls and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. -
question:
We have received this product but only one ball in the box. Can you send replacements?
répondre: 3 balls are in the lower part of the box, hidden under what looks like a stand. Remove the cardboard and you will find them. -
question:
Can the battery be replaced?
répondre: Sorry, I haven't experienced the battery running down yet, so I can't answer that question. -
question:
Why is there a huge price increase this week?
répondre: The previous price was a typing error. This is the best price we can do, with only a profit of £1.00. -
question:
Can this be delivered tomorrow, as I will be on holiday after that?
répondre: Please don't go on holiday. -
question:
Is this toy suitable for children under 3 years?
répondre: I imagine that it is all a matter of common sense and depends on the level of parental/adult supervision. It is a great toy, but it has a length of string attached to it which can be a choking hazard for babies left alone. Common sense is key.
