Some customers praised the quality of the refinished balls, expressing satisfaction with their performance. One customer noted that the golf balls were in excellent condition, comparable to new ones. Another customer appreciated the good quality and stated that the balls were as good as new, despite not being recovered from lakes or ponds. One customer found blemishes and a cut on the balls, indicating that they may have been spray-painted, preferring real balls even at a higher price. Another customer complained that the balls had no explosion off the club and were cut up, making a direct comparison with their wife's ball, which bounced much higher. Additionally, a customer was shorted one ball but found the overall appearance of the balls to be pretty good, despite some variation in shine. On the other hand, some customers found the balls to be unsatisfactory, mentioning issues such as the balls not being entirely round, chipping easily, and lacking durability.
