However, the physical audio port has been removed, which hinders the use of physical audio cables, and hence, the NUC is not recommended for cases where Bluetooth is unreliable or distances are an issue. With rare exceptions, both the N and non-N versions officially support a maximum of 8GB RAM, but some customers have been able to run 8GBx2 with specially selected RAM.
