répondre: When you go to sharpen the knife and you have pushed the knife right down, it locks into position. To release it after sharpening, you push this lever down and remove the knife. -

So how do you sharpen the bread knife as the process for sharpening this type of blade is different from sharpening a standard type of blade?
répondre: Instructions say not to sharpen the bread knife as it could damage the knife and sharpener. States 'Ninja bread knife has serrated edges to maintain sharpness'. Only had a few weeks, but super sharp! -

What's the little lever for on top of the sharpener? Not the big one on the side for sharpening. It's not in any pictures I've seen of this item.

répondre: Got mine today and it was confusing me because there's no description in the guide. Had a look at the US site though and it looks like it is a release button to be pressed when you have finished sharpening. Must be new on the UK version. -
