MagnaFlow systems give more horsepower and torque than factory exhaust systems by providing better exhaust scavenging and gas flow. They also provide the characteristic MagnaFlow looks and sound. Fitment of a MagnaFlow diesel exhaust system improves performance by providing better exhaust scavenging and a better gas flow through the exhaust pipes and muffler(s). The aluminized steel pipes in a MagnaFlow System are mandrel bent, keeping their cross section area through the bends to avoid obstructions to the gas flow.
