iStarUSA Computer Cases D-313SE-MATX Editorial Review
**** Customer experiences with this rack-mount computer chassis offer a mixed but generally positive perspective. Users have appreciated the solid build quality and industrial design of the case, noting its ability to support multiple components while remaining relatively lightweight for a steel chassis. Many have successfully configured their systems within the tight confines of the 3U and 2U designs, which present their own challenges, especially concerning airflow management and component fit. However, several users have reported difficulties with specific design aspects. The drive cage can obstruct installation and may necessitate the use of long tools or magnetic screwdrivers due to tight spaces. This has made accessing screws and installing drives frustrating for some, with complaints about the quality of the screws and mounting system. Additionally, the stock fans have been criticized for their loudness, prompting users to spend extra on quieter replacements. Though there is a learning curve in correctly routing airflow for cooling, most users have found the system to operate efficiently once set up correctly. The chassis is well-suited for various applications, from music production to server hosting. It's clear that while the design has potential pitfalls and requires thoughtful installation, the overall performance and aesthetic of the case meet the needs of many users seeking a reliable rack-mount solution. **
