ECOS Hand Wash PL9484/6 Editorial Review
The Ecos Soap Hand Orange Blossom has garnered mixed reviews from customers, reflecting a varied experience with the product. Many users appreciate the clean ingredients and express satisfaction with its ability to effectively clean hands. However, the scent seems to be a significant point of contention. While some expected a distinct orange blossom fragrance, many found the scent to be either lacking or not as advertised. In terms of usability, the soap's thin and runny Consistency disappointed a segment of users, who preferred a more viscous product. Additionally, the pump's functionality was critiqued, with some finding it cumbersome to use. On top of these issues, several reviewers reported problems with packaging during shipping, noting leaks that resulted in messy situations upon arrival. This has led to frustrations, especially when dealing with customer service for replacements. Despite some positive feedback regarding its ingredients and cleaning capability, the overall reception has been negatively influenced by the inConsistent scent, product Consistency, and packaging failures. As a result, customers’ loyalty appears to be wavering, with some expressing intent to switch back to more familiar brands. **
