répondre: Regular shock , what this strut did for my truck was made it stand straight stance , all fords make the front lower a bit then back , so it has a nice stance and struts are great made a smooth comfortable ride I was extremely pleased with these, easy install as well I youtubed it and took 20 mins per side -
